Our belts, equipped with sidewalls and cleats, have been developed mainly for very steep inclined applications, up to a gradient of 90º (vertical plane ).

As highly flexible conveyor belts, they facilitate switching from horizontal to inclined conveying (and viceversa ); they can even be adapted to different layouts or arrangements to suit our client’s needs.

This system allows for an economical structural installation, since it provides a single means of conveying materials, depending on the elevation height, where at least three conventional conveyors would have been necessary otherwise

This carcass is covered by rubber, which can be found in multiple qualities according to the customer’s requirements. These qualities include the following rubbers: Oil Resistant, Heat Resistant, Anti-flame, Food, Abrasion resistant, etc.

Belts recommended for conveying material on sloping surfaces. Depending on the nature of the product and the type of belt chosen, they can convey material with an inclination of 45º.

We offer a very wide range of chevrons divided into C ve main types depending on the height. 15 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm and 50 mm ribs. Widths vary depending on the type of chevrons, with a range from 250 mm to a maximum of 2500 mm. (ask about larger widths).

We offer rubber sheet in thicknesses from 1mm up to 150mm in different hardness of between 30 and 90 º Shore. A range of different finish options are available, for example; smooth on both sides, one or both sides with fabric impression, profiled with rhombuses, squares, circles, etc … to adapt to any requirement
