Beltsiflex® conveyor belts with sidewalls and cleats, hot vulcanized to the base belt, which provides greater security, stability and durability to the entire structure.
These product developments are primarily designed for transportation on very inclined planes (up to 90 º) and can be adapted to multiple conveyor morphologies.
Multiple qualities of rubber are available to suit the nature of the conveyed product. Cover grades range from: Abrasion resistant, Heat resistant (up to 200 °C), Oil resistant, Flame retardant, Food grade.

Moreover, the use of hot vulcanization allows working with smaller diameters in the structure, as well as storing belts for longer periods without the loss of adhesion between the elements and the base belt. Working with vertical conveyors saves a lot of space due to the possibility of raising the material completely vertically on one conveyor and eliminating intermediate transfer points.
