Mining<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

In the demanding mining environment, efficiency and reliability are essential. At SIBAN our conveyor belts are designed to withstand with the most extreme conditions, from abrasive dust to high temperatures, ensuring safe and efficient conveying of the heaviest and most difficult materials.<\/p>\n

In the case of underground mining, safety and fire resistance are essential. SIBAN designs and produces its own range of Flame Resistant Conveyor Belts<\/a> in different grades according to ISO 12882-2A\/2B (Grade K, Grade S)<\/strong>. In addition, we have developed our own *MFR<\/strong> grade which complies with the MSHA \u2018Mine Safety and Health Administration\u2019 standard.<\/p>\n

If it comes to an open pit mining where resistance to abrasion and heavy impact is vital, we have developed our SRC-35 Conveyor Belts<\/a> with exceptional abrasion, tear and elongation index values.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Iron and Steel Industry<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

At the heart of iron & steel industry, where heat and force combine to shape metal, our conveyor belts are the backbone of the operation facing extreme conditions during the transport of hot materials such as steel, iron or other products of the steelmaking process.<\/p>\n

Our KABR grade Flame Resistant Conveyor Belts<\/strong> are undoubtedly our customers’ top choice for these applications. This is an own grade, developed by SIBAN, which has a better abrasion index than Grade K according to ISO 12882-2A<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, in addition to the anti-abrasion grades established by DIN 22102<\/strong>, we have developed our own OVERALL, STONE and RI<\/strong> grades which have a better abrasion index than their DIN Y, DIN W<\/strong> equivalents.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Cement Industry<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

From raw material extraction to final product distribution, our conveyor belts are the ideal choice for a wide variety of applications in the cement industry. Designed to resist heat and abrasion, our conveyor belts ensure efficient transport of materials such as limestone, clay, slate and gypsum.<\/p>\n

The high temperature resistant conveyor belts<\/a> manufactured by SIBAN withstand medium and high temperature materials and temperature peaks from 130\u00baC to 250\u00baC<\/strong> depending on the model selected. They offer exceptional results in the face of rapid wear due to the highly abrasive materials being conveyed as well as the high temperatures of the clinker.<\/p>\n

In addition to withstanding heat, these belts must be resistant to abrasive wear caused by the transport of rough and heavy materials. We have our own SUPER HEAT & ENDURE HEAT <\/a>grades which have better abrasion rates than the ISO 4195 classes 2 and 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Manufactured from food grade materials and designed for easy cleaning and disinfection, our conveyor belts are ideal for a wide variety of applications in the food industry.<\/p>\n

Food belts manufactured by SIBAN<\/a> can be distinguished in different colours and qualities depending on the application. The white belt for the transport of refined sugar, grade WFKG<\/a>, is the most popular and is currently used in sugar factories on all 5 continents. The white belt grade WF<\/a> can be used to transport bags of sugar as well as other products such as lime or sodium sulphate, while the WFG<\/a> is mainly used as a conveyor belt for the transport of flour, rice, salt, etc…<\/p>\n

Our GREEN food belt<\/a> is the queen in the south of Spain for the transport of olives. It is used both for working on horizontal planes with falt belts and on inclined planes with chevron belts for the entrance of the olives in the olive grove.<\/p>\n

Recycling<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

In recycling plants, efficiency and accuracy in material handling are critical to ensure the viability and sustainability of operations. Conveyor belts play a crucial role in this process, facilitating the transport and sorting of recyclable materials quickly, safely and efficiently.<\/p>\n

Mineral or vegetable oil as well as the various chemicals found in waste present a challenge when choosing a conveyor belt. At SIBAN we have a range of oil and grease resistant conveyor belts<\/a> that perform exceptionally well in preventing the swelling that can cause so many problems. We design and manufacture different degrees of oil resistance according to DIN 22102 (MOR, BG, BGM, BGT)<\/strong> and also the combination of oil and flame resistant belts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
